I have a few questions about the product…
Our Basically Branded Collection features our oh-so-precious newborn line without personalization. All of these items come branded with our signature Branded Birdie leather patch. We offer many different styles and colors. I’d recommend grabbing a few sets because they’re simply THAT amazing.
Our Custom Branded Collection features the same as our Basically Branded collection, plus our unique Branding experience. The best part? It’s super easy and fun to personalize them. Simply click on the listing and select “personalize it”. On this page, you will be able to choose your wording/name, patch shape, font, font size, etc.. this will all be submitted with your order. At that point, the order will come to me and the real fun will begin. Branded Birdie will create your leatherette patch by laser engraving it with your creation. The patch will be placed onto the clothing and then packaged up super pretty and begin its shipment journey to its new home!! Super easy. Super fun. And SUPER cool. We specialize in newborn clothing and accessories. Our product line is designed to fit from birth till around a couple months, depending on the babies size. We typically see 5-11lbs being the average. They are designed to fit nicely, not too loose, not too tight.. creating a very comfortable fit.. how it fits ultimately will vary, but our goal was to create a one-size-fits-all style for newborns.
One of these days, we would love to grow into the larger sizes, but for now we want to keep our business small and our customer service top notch. For that reason, we do not offer larger sizes.
Our first expansion will actually be our Early Birds collection, featuring smaller sizes for our premie and micro-premie babes! Be on the look out for that to be announced very soon!
We not only want to keep these items looking amazing now, but also for years to come as keepsakes. Gentle laundering will do the trick! Your order will also come with a Care Card with these instructions.
Washing Instructions:
Turn the garment inside out.
This protects the patches during the wash cycle.
Machine or Hand Wash with cold water.
Cold-water washing prevents shrinkage and fading of the clothing. It is also better for the environment. Double win!
No fabric softeners. No bleach.
These can cause staining to the clothing. Using a softener also risks the integrity of the patches ability to adhere to the clothing properly.
Hang or lay flat to dry.
Do not dry these clothing pieces in the dryer. Due to the fabric being 95% cotton, the heat will cause shrinkage, piling, general sizing issues, color fading, etc..
Our signature waffle knit fabric is a blend 95% cotton and 5% spandex. Super soft and super comfortable. We’re pretty sure both you and babe will agree!
Our custom patches are made from a faux leatherette. They are laser engraved here in our shop. We use a faux laser engraved stitch on the custom chest and hat patches, giving it the look of being sewn on without the itch or irritation for baby.
We take great pride in our work, never sacrificing quality or comfort. All of our materials and products here at Branded Birdie have been well thought out and considered with your babe in mind!
Customized items are designed by you using our exclusive design tool. The design tool can be found in the product listing you are planning to purchase. (Please note: Some graphics may appear off-centered or not aligned properly when customizing in the app. Do not worry, this will be corrected.)
Once we have received your order and design, we will tweak any details, if needed. At that point your design will be laser engraved onto the leatherette patch shape of your choosing!
Order Changes and Cancellations

We can accept changes, modifications, or revisions within 24 hours post purchase. After 24 hours, typically the production of your order will have already begun and no changes can be made. For this reason, please be sure to double and triple check all information provided prior to submitting your order.
Please include your name, your order number, and any other pertinent information needed for us to identify your order and make the correction.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days post delivery of your non-personalized item(s). All items being returned must be in new, unworn, unused condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. A 100% refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 3 business days of receiving the return. Please email us at customerservice@brandedbirdie.com to begin your return process. Be sure to provide your name and order number, as well as any other pertinent information needed for the return.
For non-returnable and non-exchangeable personalized items- if there is something incorrect with your order or if you have any concerns, please contact us and we will deal with this on a case-by-case basis. We are human and mistakes do happen, especially when dealing with personalized products. We’re here to help!
We allow 24 hours post purchase to request a cancellation or modification to your order. After that period has expired, your order will have begun production and cannot be changed, cancelled, or altered in any way.

Order Packaging and Gift Wrapping
Ok, so I’ll be honest.. no one actually ever asks this, especially on a frequent basis… We’re kind of just super excited to tell you about it..
We want to see ourselves as being a helper of Mother Nature, not a hurter. We take pride in using sustainable, eco-friendly products whenever possible.
We have teamed up with noissue™️ to accomplish just that. If you have not heard of noissue, please go check them out! We are thrilled to be able to carry their products and pass them on to you all!
We do not offer gift wrapping, but for good reason. Let me explain. As part of being sustainable and eco-friendly, we set out to create a packaging that was not only made from recycled products, but could be used for more than one purpose. That could be reused and recycled, yet again.
Our packaging can be used as your gift wrapping, and also as a storage solution to house your keepsake outfit in for years to come. Don’t want it for either of those purposes? Totally fine. Please, kindly, do the green thing and recycle it (or as we call it, re-recycling) so it can move on to its next purpose.
